In what I suppose was meant to be a hilarious stunt, lululemon athletica (NASDAQ: LULU ) posted a fake CEO job listingon its website. The job is real, but the listing was facetious. However, it does shine a light on what Lululemon needs -- a CEO who can take it to the next phase of its existence. Christine Day was both loved and hated by Lululemon's core customers and, with her departure, the brand has a chance to get a more unanimous choice on board. It also has a chance to completely screw things up.
While customers may have been lukewarm to Day, investors loved her outlook. The ex-Starbucks Day had a global vision for Lululemon, but it was slow to play out. The company's incredibly conservative expansion plans read like a Jane Austen how-to-land-a-husband guide. All the courting of yoga instructors, vendors, and consumers made for slow going, and gave Under Armour (NYSE: UA ) and others a chance to catch up.

The company has shown that it's happy to pull in non-yoga focused executives, but it's in a position where one good candidate just isn't enough. The Fresh Market (TFM), has been rising off of a bottom in March. It recently went through a 'W' consolidation and jumped higher, but is now retesting the top of the 'W'. The relative strength index (RSI) has held the mid line during the pullback and remains bullish while the moving average convergence divergence indicator (MACD) is not as positive. A turn higher, back over 53.50 could be a catalyst for a long entry, but a fall under 52 sets a target for a measured move (MM) lower to 50. This stock does not report earnings until late August.

Chesapeake is still seeking to raise more cash through further asset sales this year. In February, Chesapeake sold a 50% interest in some of its Mississippi Lime acreage to China's Sinopec (NYSE: SHI ) . Then, earlier this month, Chesapeake said it's looking to sell further acreage in the Utica Shale play in the U.S. Midwest. Motley Fool contributor Tyler Crowe believes that Chevron (NYSE: CVX ) might be a natural buyer for Chesapeake's Utica property, given its recent commitment to focusing on unconventional domestic energy plays for further growth.
